Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage this website uses, what each one is for, how long it lasts and how to control it. We keep the list short on purpose.

Last updated: August 21, 2026 · v2026-08-21

01What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit, such as your language or the consent choice you made. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work the same way and are covered by this policy.

This policy is published by Producciones Tercera Potencia SAS de CV, trading as Dataztlán, the controller identified in our Privacy Notice.

02Cookies and technologies we use

Strictly necessary. MIXQUAC_LOCALE remembers whether you are reading the site in English or Spanish, so you are not sent back to the wrong language; it expires after one year. MIXQUAC_CONSENT records the cookie choice you made and the version of this policy it applied to, so we do not ask you again on every page; it expires after six months. Our hosting and security providers may also set short-lived, non-identifying values required to route and secure the request. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.

Preferences. Used to remember interface choices, such as the product tab you last opened in a demonstration. Off unless you allow it; the site works identically without it.

Analytics. Used to count page views and to see which links and forms people actually use, so we can cut what is not useful. Our measurement is aggregate and cookieless: it stores no identifier in your browser, does not follow you to other websites and does not build a profile of you. Nothing analytics-related loads unless you consent, and withdrawing consent stops collection immediately.

Marketing. We use no marketing or advertising cookies, and no advertising or cross-site tracking technology of any kind. The category is listed in the preference centre so that the position is explicit, and so that you would have to be asked again if that ever changed.

03Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site you asked for, and they do not require your consent.

Preference and analytics storage is written only on the basis of your prior, express and withdrawable consent, as required by the LFPDPPP in México and, where it applies to you, by the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC in the European Union.

04Managing your preferences

On your first visit a banner lets you accept everything, reject everything that is not necessary, or choose category by category. No optional storage is written before you choose.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately and does not affect what was collected while consent was in force.

05Controlling cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them when you close the window.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of this site from working, including remembering your language and remembering that you already answered the cookie banner.

06Changes to this policy

If the storage we use changes, or if the applicable rules change, we will update this page and the date and version shown above. Where the change is material you will be asked for your choice again.
