MixQuac (Mixed Quantum Communications) is a registered trademark of Dataztlán and the name under which the company develops quantum security, optical communications, edge computing and geospatial intelligence technologies. Contracting, data protection and legal responsibility sit with Producciones Tercera Potencia SAS de CV.

This notice applies to visitors to www.mixquac.com and to the people who contact us through its forms. It does not govern data we process on behalf of a customer under a separate agreement; in that case the customer is the controller and we act as processor.

Data you give us directly. When you join an early-access list or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email address, organization, and, where you choose to provide them, your country, role, organization type, intended use, expected quantity or number of users, implementation timeframe, region of interest, existing tools and any message you write.

Consent records. We store whether you accepted this notice, whether you opted into product updates, the version of this notice you accepted, and the date and time of that consent.

Campaign attribution. If you arrive through a campaign link, we store the UTM parameters and the referring page alongside your submission so we know which channel a conversation came from.

Data collected automatically. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and standard request metadata to deliver the site and to rate-limit abusive traffic. If, and only if, you consent to analytics, we also record aggregate page views and interactions.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we ask you not to send it to us. That includes racial or ethnic origin, health, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, political opinions, sexual orientation, biometric data and criminal records.

Primary purposes, necessary for the relationship you asked for: to answer your enquiry, to evaluate whether an early-access, pilot or partnership conversation makes sense, to prepare and send you technical or commercial information you requested, to keep the site available, and to prevent abuse of our forms.

Secondary purposes, which are not necessary for that relationship: to send you product and company updates, and to measure which pages and links are useful so we can improve the site. You may refuse or withdraw consent to any secondary purpose without affecting how we handle your enquiry.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use it to train models. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

In México, we process your data on the basis of your consent under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations. Submitting a form on this website, having been shown this notice, constitutes that consent.

If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, we additionally rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and on Article 6(1)(a) for product updates and analytics.

Consent for analytics and for product updates is always separate, explicit and withdrawable, and it is never bundled with the consent needed to process your enquiry.

Only the service providers we need to run this site receive your data, each processing it on our documented instructions and for no other purpose. These arrangements never involve a sale:

Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Corporation): hosting and content delivery for the website. Supabase, Inc.: the database that stores form submissions. Resend: delivery of the confirmation email your submission triggers. Cloudflare, Inc.: bot protection on our forms.

We may also disclose data where we are required to by law, by a competent authority or by court order, and where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

The providers listed above operate infrastructure outside México, which means your data may be transferred to and stored in other countries, including the United States and the European Union.

These transfers are covered by the safeguards recognised by applicable law: contractual clauses that bind the provider to equivalent protection, the provider's own certifications, and, where relevant, adequacy frameworks. You may request details of the safeguards applied to a specific transfer at the address below.

We keep contact and early-access submissions for as long as the commercial relationship, actual or prospective, remains live, and for up to 24 months after the last contact if no relationship materialises, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Consent records are kept for as long as we rely on the consent, plus the period needed to evidence it as the law requires.

Aggregate analytics are retained in a form that is not linked to an identifiable person. Longer retention applies only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it.

Under the LFPDPPP you have the right to Access your personal data, to Rectify it when it is inaccurate or incomplete, to Cancel it when you consider it is not being processed in accordance with the law, and to Oppose its processing for a specific purpose. You may also revoke your consent at any time, and limit its use or disclosure.

To exercise these rights, write to dataztlan@dataztlan.com stating (i) your full name and an address or email for our reply, (ii) a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and (iii) any document that lets us verify your identity or the authority of your representative.

We will reply within 20 business days of receiving a complete request, and, if the request is well founded, give effect to it within the following 15 business days. If you consider your rights have not been properly attended to, you may file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (INAI) at www.inai.org.mx.

If the GDPR applies to you, then in addition to the rights above you have the right to data portability, the right to restriction of processing, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects for you. We do not make such decisions on this website.

You may exercise these rights by writing to dataztlan@dataztlan.com, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.

This website sets only strictly necessary cookies until you make a choice. Preference and analytics storage is written after your consent and never before. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

Our Cookie Policy sets out every cookie by name, purpose and duration. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the footer.

This website is aimed at professional and institutional audiences. We do not direct it at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

We apply reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards. Submissions travel over TLS, are validated on the server, are rate-limited, and are stored in a database that is not reachable from the browser. Access is restricted to the people who need it to answer you, under authentication and access control.

No system is perfect. If we become aware of a breach that significantly affects your rights, we will notify you and the competent authority as applicable law requires.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the service, in our providers or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date and version shown above, and the version you accepted is stored with your consent record. Material changes will be signalled on the site.
